BOOKING POLICY

All clients are required to book using a card on file with Schedulicity. You can not schedule an appointment without agreeing to my cancellation policies.

The card on file will NOT be charged unless there is a no-show or last-minute cancelation of any sort. If for some reason the card on file is declined, you will be required to pay all fees before scheduling new appointments. Any pre-booked future appointments will be canceled until those fees are paid in full. At the time of your appointment, you are welcome to pay using the Credit Card on file, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You will be receiving an email and a text reminder before your appointment. You are welcome to use the link from those reminders to manage your own appointments. You will be able to cancel or reschedule up until 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will be responsible for 50% of your total booked services. You will not be able to rebook until that cancelation fee is paid.

Your appointments are very important! The time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and provide the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.

PERIOD POLICY

For the ladies! YES, you are welcome to be waxed on your period. Please come with a fresh tampon or menstrual cup. We provide fresh tampons If you need one. If you are uncomfortable getting waxed and, are unable to give 24 hours notice, you are welcome to substitute for another service. If you choose to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you will be responsible for 50% of your booked services.

PRICES

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that the pricing and services are correct, sometimes pricing and services may change.

CHILDREN

As much as we love children, in order to ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all guests, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while they are receiving services.
